Come join the SEVPAC 2026 case presentation line up!
Follow these instructions carefully and note important deadlines.

IMPORTANT - The number of case submissions is limited. This is done to ensure sufficient time for all presenters. If you would like to present a case, please fill out the presentation sign-up form.
The form will automatically close when the presentation limit is reached.

Step 1
Secure your presentation spot!
Fill out presentation sign-up form to reserve your presentation spot.

For groups/institutions: Designate one person to be case facilitator.

Send an email to SEVPAC coordinator with the name of the facilitator

Include the number of cases and names/emails of presenters so we know you have a group presenting at the conference this year
-
Facilitators: please make sure all presenters for your group have secured a presentation slot!
Step 2
Select your Case
​
Select cases with a specific diagnosis. Cases aligning with the yearly theme are encouraged but not required.
The lesion of interest should be represented on one slide. Cases requiring multiple slides, special stains, or oversized slides will NOT be accepted.
Step 3
Submit your Slide

TWO (2) GLASS SLIDES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CASES!

No exceptions, no oversized slides!

Slides must be shipped to the SEVPAC coordinator by April 6, 2026.
​
Slides will NOT be returned.All slides will be scanned and made available digitally before the start of the conference.
You may opt to scan your slide and submit the file digitally (two glass slides are still required).

Submit the case(s) via the cloud or on a flash drive (multiple cases can be submitted on a single drive).

Scanned slides must be in one of the following formats:
.svs, .ndpi, .vms, .vmu, .svslide, .tif, .tiff, .bif, .scn -
We cannot accept scans in .vsi format.

Please keep the file size to less than 2.5 GB.

Prepare your Case Write-ups

Individual presenters or case facilitators (if presenting as a group): Email all case histories and synopses to eringraham@uga.edu by April 6, 2026.
Email as two separate Word documents (no PDFs, please).
The order of presentation will be the order of receipt of slides and case documents.

Step 5
Present your case!

Presentation Format

Each case is allotted up to 6 minutes for presentation (+1-2 minutes for questions)

Presentations should focus on:

Salient clinical and pathologic features
-
Key teaching points
-
Diagnostic challenges or take-home messages
-
You may also present results of confirmatory tests, special stains, etc.

Presentation File Requirements
-
File format: PDF or PowerPoint (not exceeding 50MB)
-
One file per case
-
Final presentation due by May 1, 2026
Presentations are numbered and presented in the order in which they are received.
-
You will be assigned a presentation number when your slide/case documents have been received.
-
Number your presentation with your assigned case number and your last name (e.g., 01-Miller).
We do not currently accept remote or video presentations.
